Our main goal is to conduct research at international level in the field of computer and network security and to gain the recognition of the department's research laboratory both in Turkey and in the world. We also are working targets as follows:

• Train personnel experienced in the field of computer and network security.
• Being one of the major siber research centers of our country.
• To conduct studies and to define collaborative projects with industry and other academic institutions.
• Being in contact with the international security group and conduct exchange programs.
